UNILORIN JUPEB Admission Form for 2024/2025 Now Available

The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has announced that the admission form for the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) for the 2024/2025 academic session is now available. As one of the partnering universities for JUPEB, UNILORIN will train candidates for the JUPEB examination, providing a pathway for successful candidates to gain Direct Entry admission into the University of Ilorin and other participating institutions through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Successful candidates will be admitted strictly based on merit, along with other entry requirements, in accordance with the admission quota allocated to various programs at the university.

Admission Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the JUPEB program:

- Possess credits in at least five relevant O’Level subjects, which must include English Language, Mathematics, and any other three subjects. These must be obtained from recognized examination bodies such as WASC/SSCE, NECO, or NABTEB equivalents, in no more than two sittings.

- Candidates awaiting results are also encouraged to apply.

- Applicants must register for a combination of three subjects out of the 16 available subjects, based on their proposed course of study at the University of Ilorin.
