The University of Ilorin is set to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Unilorin 89.3 FM with a main event focusing on "The Future of Radio: AI and the Transformation of Broadcasting" on August 13, 2024.

The University of Ilorin is gearing up to celebrate the 15th anniversary of its campus radio station, Unilorin 89.3 FM. The event promises a series of activities culminating in a grand celebration themed "The Future of Radio: AI and the Transformation of Broadcasting," scheduled for Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at 10 AM in the University of Ilorin Auditorium.

The anniversary celebrations will kick off on Saturday, August 10, 2024, with a "Fitness with the Vice-Chancellor" session at the University Sports Complex at 8 AM. This will be followed by a free medical check and consultation event on Monday, August 12, 2024, at 10 AM in University Park.

Prof. Jeleel Olasunkanmi Ojuade, Vice-Chancellor of Ojaija University and UNILORIN FM Board Chairman, will deliver a keynote address.
