UNIMAID notice on additional bed spaces available for booking

This is to inform all interested students who were not fortunate to book bed space on Sat 9 Dec, 2023, that the Division has made arrangements for more bed spaces in the Hostels below. Booking for such spaces will commence on Thur, 14th Dec 2023 at 12:00 Midnight using same procedure

• 1.First, click on Validate your PIN.
• 2. Input your ID number, PIN and Gender (Male/Female)
• 3. Then click on VALIDATE:
• 4. You will then be redirected to Login page.
• 5. Once again input your ID no, use your PIN as password.
• 6. Click on Login: for Dashboard to be displayed.
• 7. Booking process begins.
• 8. Choose your Hall, Block, Room and Bed space.
• 9. Click on Reserve bed space.

Details of your booking will be displayed on the Dashboard. (Note: No change can be effected after reservation. Keep a copy of your Booking slip as evidence).

PLEASE NOTE

• ALL unused PINs can be used again.

Input your PIN (enter capital or small letters as it is written on the small slip) Booking of space is still on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.
