UNIMAID SUG Meets with Bursary Director Over Upkeep and Refund Payments

The Students' Union Government (SUG) of the University of Maiduguri, Nelfund Unimaid Chapter, met with the Director of Bursary earlier today to discuss the ongoing issues of upkeep payment and refunding of school fees.

According to the SUG, the Director of Bursary assured them that he is working diligently to resolve the matter and urged students to remain patient. He further stated that everything will be sorted out soon.

Regarding the upkeep payment, the Director informed the SUG that the third batch of students can expect to receive their upkeep payments. However, the issue of refunding school fees remains ongoing and is still being discussed.

The SUG has thanked the Director of Bursary for his efforts and assures students that they will continue to advocate for their rights and interests.
