The Admissions Department emphasizes the importance of thorough preparation to ensure a smooth screening process. Candidates are required to present both originals and photocopies of the listed documents.
Required Documents for Physical Screening:
- Clearance Slip
- Bio Data Form
- SSCE Result Verification Slip
- SSCE Result/Certificate Submitted for Verification
- National Diploma Result Printout
- Industrial Training (IT) Letter
- JAMB Admission Letter/Indemnity Form
- National Diploma (ND) Transcript Receipt
- ND Certificate Receipt
- Secondary School Testimonial
- Acceptance Fee Receipt
- Medical Screening Receipt
- Reference Letter 1
- Reference Letter 2
