The NYSC Kwara State Orientation Camp at Yikpata recently conducted an informative session for the 2024 Batch 'B' Stream 2 Corps members, focusing on the concept of SERVICOM and its vital role in government parastatals. Mr. Ajiboye Gabriel, the SERVICOM Schedule Officer and head of the camp food store, led the lecture, providing Corps members with an understanding of SERVICOM as a federal government initiative established in 2005 to ensure efficient service delivery across various ministries and parastatals.

During the session, Mr. Gabriel emphasized SERVICOM's critical function in monitoring NYSC operations to ensure Corps members receive high-quality services. He encouraged Corps members from each platoon to volunteer and identify areas within the camp that require improvement. Additionally, he shared SERVICOM's contact information, urging the participants to submit any feedback or complaints they might have.
