Karen Manzera, a young African lady, has achieved academic and leadership success by graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Midlands State University, Zimbabwe. Notably, she was honored with the university's prestigious Vice Chancellor's Leadership Award in recognition of her outstanding leadership qualities.

"I graduated with a BSc Media & Society Studies degree, awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Leadership Award," she proudly announced.

Despite concluding her tenure as the vice president, Karen emphasized that her leadership journey continues beyond graduation. She was recognized as a Gender Champion during her time at the university for actively advocating for equal rights for women. Through various initiatives, she worked to protect, support, inform, and develop girls and women within the university.
