In a remarkable feat, Nigerian trailblazer Priscilla Asikhia has etched her name in the annals of academic excellence as the youngest Ph.D. graduate of Babcock University in South-West Nigeria, achieving this extraordinary milestone at the age of 25.
Priscilla's academic journey commenced at the young age of 15, overcoming skepticism from her secondary school principal, who labeled her a girl with no future ambitions. Unfazed, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at 19 and completed her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. Her pursuit of knowledge led her to Babcock University, where she obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at the age of 22.

Undeterred by challenges, Priscilla embarked on a Ph.D. program in Human Resources and Personnel Administration, successfully defending her thesis and earning her doctorate at the age of 25. Her academic accomplishments are complemented by two years of professional experience at Emzor Pharmaceuticals as an HR specialist and Unified Payments as a Business Operation Specialist.
Priscilla attributes her success to faith and draws inspiration from the scripture, "I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13).
