The highly anticipated 5th Abimbola Aina Omololu-Mulele Annual Lecture in Obstetrics and Gynaecology is scheduled to take place on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos.
The event, a pivotal fixture in the medical and academic calendar, will commence at 11:00 a.m., with attendees kindly requested to be seated by 10:45 a.m. The venue for this intellectual gathering is the venerable Old Great Hall, located within the College of Medicine premises at the University of Lagos, Idi Araba.

The lecture, aptly titled "Mankind’s Journey to a New Age of Artificial Procreation and Family Planning," will be delivered by the distinguished Founder of NISA Medical Group, Dr. Ibrahim Wada, OON. The event's esteemed Chairman is Professor Kofoworola Olasurubomi Ogedengbe, a renowned retired professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos.
Leading the charge as Chief Host for the occasion is the erudite Vice-Chancellor of the University of Lagos, Professor Folasade Ogunsola OON, FAS. Additionally, the Provost of the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Professor David Oke, assumes the role of Co-Host, further emphasizing the academic significance of the event.
