In an inspiring achievement, Ghulam Hazrat, a 60-year-old man, has obtained a graduation certificate from the Pashto literature department of Paktia University. Hazrat's dedication to education was not only focused on his own studies; he also utilized his spare time to teach 70 girls for free in his home area in Zurmat district of Paktia province.
