Abia State University Student Judiciary Council has issued a statement declaring the suspension of the Student Union Government (SUG) President, Comrade Chinenye Chidirim Emmanuel, null and void.
In a decisive move, the Student Judiciary Council asserted that the suspension imposed on Comrade Emmanuel was without proper procedural adherence and lacked substantial evidence to justify such action.

According to Comrade Okon Victor, the SUG PRO, the decision to nullify the suspension was reached after a thorough review of the circumstances surrounding the disciplinary action taken against the SUG President.

"The Student Judiciary Council, after careful consideration, has determined that the suspension of Comrade Chinenye Chidirim Emmanuel is unjustifiable and therefore invalid," stated Comrade Victor.
He further emphasized that students and stakeholders should disregard any previous communications regarding the suspension of Comrade Emmanuel, as the Student Judiciary Council has reinstated him to his position with immediate effect.
