The Student Union Government (SUG) of Abia State University (ABSU), has state in a recent announcement that newly admitted students are to complete their acceptance process promptly.

According to OHANUSI VICTOR, the SUG PRO ELECT, students should ensure they have finalized their acceptance and other payable fees, collected the necessary E-TRANZACT slips from the bank, and generated receipts associated with these payments through the ABSU portal.

In a message directed at the newly admitted students, Victor emphasized the importance of completing these steps to secure their admission successfully. He added that those who haven't completed these processes can reach out via private message for assistance.

Furthermore, Victor advised students to postpone their bio-data and course registration until they physically resume classes to avoid making avoidable mistakes.

Addressing inquiries about the resumption date and hostel allocations, Victor clarified that no official dates have been released yet. However, he assured students that examinations are currently underway and will conclude soon. Therefore, students should expect notification regarding the resumption date in due course.

Additionally, acceptance slip collection has commenced at the Admin block. For students whose names appeared on the physical admission list posted in November, Victor advised them to take note of the page number, as it will be required to access the acceptance slip.
