ABSU Celebrates Successful Inauguration of SPAN New President

Students and stakeholders of Abia State University, Uturu (ABSU) celebrated the successful inauguration of Victor Chinonyerem, the new President of the Student's Physiology Association of Nigeria (SPAN). The ceremony, held amidst a backdrop of optimism and promise, saw Victor Chinonyerem and his executive team officially assume their roles, pledging to steer the department towards enhanced stability, accountability, and the safeguarding of student rights.

The event was graced by notable dignitaries including the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Emezue Godwin, who commended the students for their active participation in the governance of their department. Also in attendance were the Head of Department (HOD), the Staff Advisor, Dr. Collins Onwuka, as well as representatives from the Student Union Government (SUG), JOHESSA, NIMELSA, and various student association presidents.
