Barau I Jibrin Foundation Launches 2025 Domestic Postgraduate Scholarships

The Barau I Jibrin Foundation (BIJF) has commenced the screening process for its 2025 Domestic Postgraduate Scholarships at Bayero University Kano.

The initiative aims to empower 300 graduates by providing them with opportunities to acquire knowledge and contribute to the growth of the nation.

The scholarship program is part of the foundation's efforts to support education and development in Nigeria. Beneficiaries of the foundation's foreign scholarships are currently pursuing postgraduate studies in cutting-edge fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Forensic Science, and Cyber Security.

Six universities have been selected for the domestic scholarship program, including Bayero University Kano, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, University of Ibadan, University of Lagos, Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, and University of Nigeria Nsukka.

The founder of the foundation, Barau I Jibrin, has charged the selection committee to ensure that only qualified candidates are selected for the program, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the integrity of the initiative.
