This decision follows a collaborative effort between the Public Relations Officer and the Director of Socials to streamline responsibilities, particularly in the area of award presentations.

Henceforth, the sole responsibility for presenting the Special Recognition Award will be assumed by the Union's Director of Socials. Meanwhile, the Public Relations Officer will exclusively present awards to the winners of the online voting segment, totaling thirty-nine (39) individuals.
