UNIPORT Professor, Omojefe, Inaugurated as President of Chartered Institute of Investment Analysts

Professor Godfrey O. Omojefe, Head of the Department of Finance and Banking at the University of Port Harcourt, has been inaugurated as the 6th President and Chairman of the Council of the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts of Nigeria (CIFIAN).

The ceremony took place on November 30, 2024, in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital city.

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Port Harcourt, Professor Owunari Georgewill, congratulated Professor Omojefe on his achievement, praising the recognition as a reflection of his commitment to academic and professional excellence. He urged him to continue being a worthy ambassador of the institution in his new leadership role.
