The management of Gombe State University has issued a disclaimer regarding a purported conference claimed to be hosted by the institution.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the university clarified that it was not aware of any such event and stated that all efforts to verify the authenticity of the conference, including attempts to contact the provided phone numbers and email addresses, were unsuccessful.
The university further advised staff, students, and the general public to disregard any communications related to the conference, expressing doubts about its authenticity and credibility.
