The valedictory lecture was delivered by Prof. Elias Wahab, Post-Graduate Coordinator of Sociology at Lagos State University (LASU), represented by Mrs. Blessing Ndukwu, Head of Quality Assurance. The lecture, themed “Combining Knowledge with Creativity to Think Outside the Box,” highlighted the importance of innovative thinking in solving societal problems. The school principal, Abdulwaheed Soyebo, reminded the graduands that life encompasses both pleasant and unpleasant experiences. He quoted Chief Obafemi Awolowo, saying, “Life is full of comedy and tragedy. Although one might have tragic periods, such periods are usually mere interludes.”
