To ensure the training's impact extends beyond the initial participants, the university adopted a Training of Trainers (ToT) approach. This cascading model prepares principals to transfer their newly acquired leadership and digital competencies to educators within their respective schools, ensuring sustainable growth across the district.

The initiative marks a significant step for Adigrat University in fulfilling its community service mandate and fostering a modern, tech-savvy generation of academic leaders.
