ASUU Yobe State University Branch Scholarship Award 2023/2024

To the students of Yobe State University,we are pleased to extend this important notification to all Yobe State University students, offering you the opportunity to apply for the ASUU (Academic Staff Union of Universities) Indigent Scholarship Award for the academic year 2023/2024.

This scholarship opportunity is exclusively available to students of Yobe State University.

CRITERIA FOR THE AWARD:

Applicants must demonstrate indigent status.

Applicants must be currently enrolled students at Yobe State University.

Applicants must maintain a strong academic performance with a CGPA of 3.0 or higher.

Applicants must be in their 200 level of study and above.

MODE OF APPLICATION:

Each applicant is required to submit an application letter, not exceeding two pages, explaining why they should be considered for the award.

All applications should be addressed to the ASUU Indigent Scholarship Committee 2023.

The application letter should include:

Name, phone number, and registration number of the candidate

Course, department, faculty, and year of study

State of origin

The application letter must be accompanied by the following documents:

A photocopy of the candidate's current identification card

A signed result of the most recent academic session

A photocopy of the candidate's course registration form (CRF)

Two current passport photographs

All applications should reach the committee on or before Tuesday, 24th October 2023, by 12:00 PM.
