Bayero University Announces Compulsory Documentation Exercise for Newly Admitted Students

Bayero University Kano (BUK) has announced a compulsory documentation exercise for all newly admitted undergraduate students in the 2023/2024 academic session.

The exercise is scheduled to take place from Monday, January 13, 2025, to Friday, January 24, 2025, at the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records, New Campus, BUK.

 

Students are required to come with original and photocopies of the following documents:

- *Admission Letters*: JAMB Admission Letter and BUK Admission Letter

- *Acknowledgment Slips*: JAMB Acknowledgment Slip (for Direct Entry candidates) and BUK Acknowledgment Slip (for Direct Entry candidates)

- *Exam Results*: JAMB Result Slip (for UTME candidates), A Level Statement of Result (for Direct Entry candidates), and O Level Statement of Result with online print (SSCE)

- *Result Checker Card*: For O Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, etc.)

- *Additional Documents*: Primary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial (optional), Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age, Completed Undertaking Form, Evidence of Payment of Acceptance Fees, Certificate of Medical Fitness, and two recent passport photographs.

 

The documentation exercise is mandatory for all newly admitted undergraduate students, and students are advised to ensure they have all the required documents before attending the exercise .
