Bayero University Appoints Professor Amina Mustapha as Deputy Vice Chancellor, Research and Development

The Senate of Bayero University Kano (BUK) has approved the appointment of Professor Amina Mustapha as the new Deputy Vice Chancellor, Research and Development, at its 421st meeting held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

 

Professor Mustapha, a distinguished academic, brings research expertise in Agricultural Marketing and Value Chain Analysis to her new role. She is the first female professor from Yauri Emirate of Kebbi state.

With a strong academic background, Professor Mustapha graduated from Usmanu Danfodio University, Sokoto, and obtained her Master's degree and PhD from the University of Ibadan.
