Bayero University Clarifies Identity of Newly Promoted Professor of Islamic Studies

Bayero University, Kano has issued a statement to correct a mistaken identity circulating in the media and social media platforms regarding the newly promoted Professor of Islamic Studies.

According to the statement, the name of the Registrar, Comrade Haruna Aliyu, is being erroneously associated with the promotion, along with his picture. However, the actual name of the newly promoted Professor of Islamic Studies is Aliyu Haruna Mohammed.

The university urges the media, social media users, and the general public to take note of this correction and desist from further disseminating the incorrect information.
