Bayero University Kano Announces New Appointments

Bayero University Kano (BUK) has announced the appointment of several staff members to key positions in the university.
According to a statement from the university, the Vice Chancellor, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas, has approved the appointments, which took effect on December 23, 2024.
The appointees include:
- Amina Wada Kurawa, who has been appointed as Director, Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR) and Director, Directorate of Establishment Matters.
- Shelu Usman Galadima, who has been appointed to a position in the Registry department.
- Altine Maryam Ali, who has been appointed as Acting Director in the Registry department.
- Halima Hayat, who has also been appointed as Acting Director in the Registry department.
The university congratulates the appointees on their new roles and wishes them success in their endeavors.
