Bayero University Kano to Host 26th NALISE Conference on Future of Library Science
The conference, themed "The Realities of Information Research and Practices for Sustainability of the Library and Information Science Profession in Nigeria," aims to address key issues in the profession.

Bayero University Kano’s Department of Library and Information Sciences, in collaboration with the Nigerian Association of Library and Information Science Educators (NALISE), will host the 26th Annual National Conference and General Meeting.
The event, scheduled to run from October 14 to 17, 2024, will take place at the Convocation Arena, BUK New Campus, Gwarzo Road. The conference, themed "The Realities of Information Research and Practices for Sustainability of the Library and Information Science Profession in Nigeria," aims to address key issues in the profession.
Sessions will begin daily at 10:00 AM, and the event is open to the general public.
