United States President Joe Biden, along with his wife, Jill, has strongly condemned the tragic attack on students at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas. The assailant, in a mass shooting on Wednesday, left at least six people dead and numerous others injured.

The President assured citizens that his administration is committed to taking comprehensive measures to address and curb gun violence in the country. The post on X read, "Jill and I join citizens across our nation in praying for the families of our fallen, and for those injured during these latest acts of senseless violence."

Acknowledging the bravery of law enforcement, who risked their safety to end the deadly shooting spree, Biden emphasized the need for more significant action. He stated, "For all the action we have taken since I’ve been President, the epidemic of gun violence we face demands that we do more, but we can’t without Congress."
