The programme is unique and the first of it's kind which was designed to offer opportunity for law and non-law graduates to pursue and explore knowledge in the emerging legal aspects of Information communication Technology. This will thereby expose the students to the interface between the law and digital technologies.

The Department of Public Law, Bayero University kano wishes to announce the launch of a new programme for the 2021/2022 session. The Programme is a professional masters programme in information technology law (MITL). 

The programme is unique and the first of it's kind which was designed to offer opportunity for law and non-law graduates to pursue and explore knowledge in the emerging legal aspects of Information communication Technology. This will thereby expose the students to the interface between the law and digital technologies.

The aim of the of the programme is to inter alia provide the societal needs of manpower capable of addressing legal challenges posed by the ever evolving dynamics of Information and Communication Technology.
