CMD UCH, Ibadan Hosts Uch Ijesa Forum

The Chief Medical Director of the University College Hospital, UCH, Ibadan, Professor Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo, hosted the UCH Ijesa Forum, UCH Chapter, on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Emeritus Professor Ogunlesi Hall B.

The President of the Forum, Mr. Muyiwa Olukanni, warmly welcomed Ijesa indigenes to the gathering. He expressed appreciation to the Chief Medical Director for hosting and honouring the occasion with his presence.

The minutes of the July meeting were read by Mr. Dele Oguntosin.

Delivering the lecture of the day titled "Mindset at Work," Mr. Dapo Ademinkanra urged members to be diligent in their duties, take pride in their work, and shun laziness and a poor work attitude.

In his address, Professor Otegbayo described Ijesa indigenes as hardworking and dependable. He advised them to uphold good conduct at work, remain united, and pursue continuous learning to enhance their professional growth and contribute more effectively to the hospital.

The meeting brought together Ijesa staff of UCH to discuss unity, professionalism and service delivery within the hospital community.
