In a bid to foster academic collaborations and international linkages, Professor Kate Azuka Omenugha, the Acting Vice Chancellor of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), made a significant visit to the European Union Commission in Abuja on Friday, February 16, 2024.

Professor Omenugha's visit underscored COOU's commitment to forging strategic partnerships with global institutions. During her visit, she was warmly received by Leila Ben Amor Mathieu, the First Secretary and Team Leader of Human Development at the EU Commission, Abuja. Accompanying Mathieu was Kate Kanebi, the Programme Officer responsible for Health, Nutrition, and Resilience initiatives.
