COOU Announces Resumption Date for 2024/2025 Academic Session

Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) has officially approved the resumption date for the 2024/2025 academic session, with activities set to commence on Friday, October 11, 2024.

This was confirmed by the University's Registrar, Chris U. Obi, in a statement released to staff and students.

According to the announcement, online registration for returning students, from 200 level to final year, will begin on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Lectures for old students will start two days later, on Thursday, October 17, 2024. Additionally, late registration for returning students is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.

Further details regarding the academic calendar and additional university activities for the session will be communicated in due course. Both students and staff are expected to adhere to the schedule to ensure a smooth start to the academic year.

The University management urges all students to prepare for the new session and participate in the registration process on time to avoid penalties associated with late registration.
