FUOYE NAWACS Invites University Community to 2025 Workshop
The National Association of Women Academics (NAWACS) at Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) invites the university community to its 2025 Workshop, themed "ACCELERATE ACTION."

The National Association of Women Academics (NAWACS), Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE), has extended an open invitation to the entire university community for its highly anticipated 2025 Workshop. Themed "ACCELERATE ACTION," the workshop aims to explore critical issues affecting women in academia and beyond.
The workshop will delve into significant sub-themes such as women’s mental health and socioeconomic factors, academic publishing, and grant proposal writing and funding. The event will serve as a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and capacity-building, featuring distinguished women academics and experts in various fields.
As a precursor to the workshop, a pre-workshop sporting activity has been scheduled for Wednesday, 5th March 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Ikole Campus Field. This engaging event is expected to foster team spirit and encourage the participation of both faculty and students.
The main workshop is set to take place on Thursday, 6th March 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Fasina Conference Center (FCC), where experts will lead insightful discussions on the outlined sub-themes.
The NAWACS FUOYE Workshop is expected to attract wide participation from university staff, students, and stakeholders interested in academic excellence and gender-focused developmental initiatives.
