Despite initially pursuing Medicine and Surgery at the University of Ilorin, Nigerian trailblazer Kaosara Bakare successfully graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Afe Babalola University, Nigeria. Not only did she navigate a course switch, but Kaosara also achieved an outstanding 4.93 CGPA, securing the title of the best-graduating student in her class.

In an interview with EDUGIST, Kaosara shared that her transition from Medicine to Computer Science occurred during academic strikes at the University of Ilorin, where she discovered her passion for coding, algorithms, and software development. This revelation led her to change her course of study.
