FCT Minister Nyesom Wike has allocated N280.3 million towards scholarships benefiting 13,946 indigent students across all levels of education in Abuja.
Danlami Hayyo, mandate secretary of the Education Secretariat, revealed this during the inauguration of accelerated rehabilitation projects in 19 public schools across the FCT, held at the School of the Gifted in Gwagwalada.Hayyo emphasized that the allocation would cater to both new and existing beneficiaries, ensuring educational inclusivity and opportunity for all students.
