Federal University of Technology Babura Post-UTME 2023: Eligibility and Registration Details

This is to invite all candidates seeking admission into the Federal University of Technology, Babura (FUTB) for the 2023/2024 Academic Session to register for the Post-UTME Online Admission Screening as detailed below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
a) Candidates MUST have passed a minimum of 5 relevant subjects, at credit level, in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent in not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.

b) Candidates for Direct Entry (DE) admission MUST possess a minimum of Lower credit in the National Diploma, and 6 points in the IJMB Exam.

c) UTME Candidates who wish to study at FUTB, but did not choose the University as their first choice Institution and had scored a minimum of 150 or above in the 2023 UTME, should change to the FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, BABURA via the JAMB website (http://www.jamb.org.ng). They should choose any of the programmes

REGISTRATION

Online registration for the Screening Exercise will commence on Monday, 9th October 2023 and end at Midnight on Sunday, 19th November, 2023. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Step 1: Logon to https://myfutb.futb.edu.ng

Step 2: Login using your UTME Number and UTME Score.

Step 3: Update your contact details for generating REMITA Payment.

Step 4: REMITA Retrieval Reference number (RRR) will automatically be generated for you.

Step 5: DE Candidates will proceed to upload their SSCE and 'A' Level Result(s).

Step 6: You can pay in any of REMITA's payment options. Clicking "Pay Now" to open the payment dialog, OR click on "Generate Payment Schedule" to generate, download and print a payment schedule that contains all the necessary information needed for payment at a Bank or the REMITA website. All candidates are to pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira N2,000 only (exclusive of the REMITA charges)

Step 6: After successful payment, you can update your UTME details.

Step 7: Upload your passport-sized photograph.

Step 8: Update your O' level examinations, maximum of 2-sittings.

Step 9: Upload electronic copies of your O' level results and UTME result slip.

Step 10: Generate, download/print the acknowledgement slip to complete your registration.
