Federal Polytechnic Damaturu Rector Appoints New Directors

The Rector of the Federal Polytechnic Damaturu, Dr. Ibrahim Bello Bashir, has approved the appointment of three new directors. Yunusa Adamu, a certified accountant with a Master's degree in Finance, has been appointed as Director Audit with immediate effect. Adamu previously served as Acting Director Audit and Chief Internal Auditor.

Adamu Musa Sakwa, a certified town planner, has been appointed as Director Physical Planning, also with immediate effect. Sakwa holds a BSc in Urban and Regional Planning and an MSc in Environmental Management.

Audu A. Musa, a BPP-certified procurement officer, has been appointed as Director Procurement, effective June 27, 2025. The management has expressed confidence in the appointees' ability to bring their expertise and dedication to their roles.
