 The Vice-Chancellor of Federal University Lokoja, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi, has congratulated Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman on her appointment as the first female and 5th substantive Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi.
