Federal University of Kashere Extends Postgraduate Registration Deadline for 2023/2024 Academic Session

Attention all returning and fresh postgraduate students of the Federal University of Kashere! An important update has been released by the School of Postgraduate Studies regarding the registration deadline for the 2023/2024 academic session.

Deadline Extension Approval:

Under the authority of the Vice-Chancellor, the registration deadline has been extended to 12th January, 2024. It is crucial for all students to adhere strictly to this revised timeline to avoid the application of sections 2.7.2 & 2.8 as outlined in the General Regulations Governing Postgraduate Studies.

Key Points to Note:

Forfeiture Clause: Failure to register within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of admission offers for candidates.

Renewal for Returning Students: Returning students are required to renew their registration, inclusive of prescribed fee payments, at the outset of each session. Completing registration formalities within the initial two weeks of the session is mandatory.

Late Registration Consideration: In exceptional cases, late registration may be entertained, contingent upon payment of fines stipulated by the Board.

Important Reminders:

Non-renewal of registration in any academic session will be regarded as voluntary withdrawal from the postgraduate programme.

Ensure all carry-over courses/projects necessary for graduation are appropriately registered.
