Federal University of Lafia Announces 26th Inaugural Lecture

The Federal University of Lafia (FULafia) is pleased to announce its 26th inaugural lecture, to be delivered by Professor Linda Kwon-Ndung, a renowned expert in political economy and development studies.

 

The lecture, titled "Advancing Gender Justice and Women's Empowerment for Sustainable Development Through Political Economy Outlook," will take place on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the MIS Multipurpose Hall, Permanent Site Campus.

As a Professor of Political Science in the Faculty of Social Sciences, Professor Kwon-Ndung will share her insights on the critical role of gender justice and women's empowerment in achieving sustainable development. Her lecture promises to be a thought-provoking exploration of the intersections between political economy, gender, and development.
