Federal University of Technology Babura Announces Post-UTME Admissions Screening Exercise for 2025/2026 Academic Session

The Federal University of Technology Babura (FUTB) has commenced its Post-UTME admissions screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The university invites all eligible candidates who applied for admission to register for the screening.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Candidates must have a minimum of 150 UTME JAMB points.

- Direct Entry candidates must have a minimum of Lower Credit in the National Diploma and Innovative Diploma, while IJMB candidates require a minimum of 4 points in two subjects.

- Candidates must have passed a minimum of 5 relevant subjects, at credit level, in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent in not more than two sittings, including English and Mathematics.

- School of Engineering and Technology:

    - B.Tech. Civil Engineering: 160

    - B.Tech. Electrical & Electronics Engineering: 150

    - B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering: 150

- School of Science, Information and Communications Technology:

    - Computer Science: 150

    - Cyber Security:160

    -  Software Engineering: 150

    -  Chemistry: 150

    - Industrial Chemistry: 150

    - Mathematics: 150

    - Physics: 150

    - Applied Geophysics: 150

    -  Biology: 150

    - Biotechnology: 150

Registration Details:

- Online registration commences on July 28, 2025, and closes on August 31, 2025.

- Candidates should visit the university's website to access the Post UTME portal and follow the registration guidelines.
