FUBK notice of verification of A/Level certificates by DE candidates

This is to inform all candidates seeking admission into Federal University Birnin Kebbi, through Direct Entry (D.E) that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has commenced the verification of all A/Level qualifications presented for admissions in the 2023/2024 Academic Session.

The verification exercise according to the JAMB is aimed at detecting and preventing fraudulent claims, thereby ensuring credibility and adherence to international best practices.

It should be noted that the admission process for some D.E candidates is currently experiencing some hitches as they are yet to undergo the results verification. Consequently, all D.E candidates are advised to visit the institutions they obtained A/Level certificates (NCE/ND) and request for the certificate verification. Successful verification would be forwarded to the JAMB and subsequently, the University, to consider them for admissions.

All D.E. candidates with unverified results and certificates will not be considered for admission into the University.
