In a continued effort to foster strategic partnerships and promote a secure academic environment, the leadership of the Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), under the leadership of the SUG President, Comr. Ishaqa Ishaqa Abubakar, has paid a familiarization visit to CSP Hassan Adamu, Commanding Officer, Base 7, Abuja.  

The visit provided an opportunity to strengthen the existing relationship between the Students’ Union and security stakeholders while discussing areas of mutual collaboration aimed at enhancing the safety and security of students and the university community.

Speaking during the visit, Comr. Ishaqa Ishaqa Abubakar emphasized the importance of sustained engagement with security agencies, noting that proactive collaboration remains essential in ensuring a peaceful and conducive atmosphere for teaching, learning, and other academic activities.
