FULafia VC Commends Gov Sule for Empowering Graduands
Professor Shehu Abdul Rahman, Vice-Chancellor of Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), has commended Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, for fulfilling his promise to train and provide start-up capital to first-class graduates of the University.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony of 50 first-class graduates trained by Wing Commander Abdullahi Ibrahim Vocational and Technology Institute, Lafia, the Vice-Chancellor thanked the Governor for making the youths self-reliant and potential employers of labor.

The Governor, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, urged leaders in the state to support the government's efforts to industrialize the state. He also presented certificates and cheques of N500,000 each to the graduands as start-up capital.
The Executive Director of the institute, Dr. Daniel Ewuga, commended the sponsors and called for more support to make youths productive and alleviate poverty in the state.
Dignitaries present included the University's Registrar, Malam Nuradeen Abdu, and other officials.
