Omoniyi Oluwaferanmi, a recent graduate of Fisheries and Aquaculture Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), has fallen victim to abduction in a distressing incident. The 25-year-old Oluwaferanmi was reportedly kidnapped on November 2 while on his journey from Ibadan, Oyo State, to Abuja, where he was to partake in the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.

It has been disclosed that the young graduate's last known location before his abduction was Kabba in Kogi State, leaving his friends and family deeply concerned about his safety.

According to reports, the kidnappers have established contact with Oluwaferanmi's family and are demanding a hefty ransom of N20 million for his release.

Expressing the urgency of the situation, a post shared by @Theayoadams on his verified social media handle appealed to fellow Nigerians for support in raising the funds needed to secure Oluwaferanmi's safe return. The post read, "Feranmi @Mr_reguard was kidnapped on his way to NYSC Camp in Abuja. His abductors have requested the sum of N20 Million Naira. Please help us bring him back home. Kindly support and donate..."
