Get Lifetime Safety Skills - WSO tells Corps Members

The World Safety Organization (WSO) has charged 2023 batch 'A' stream I corps members to learn safety skills which are for a lifetime.

This is in a bid to help them prevent accidents and be equipped with necessary skills to manage disaster.

Myschoolnews reports a representative from WSO, Mr. Ugochukwu gave this charge at the ongoing Orientation Course at NYSC Lagos Camp in Iyana-Ipaja.

Mr. Ugochukwu said that the organization was ready to train 100 corps members on safety skills for free as part of its ongoing campaign which began last year with 100 corps members trained on how to prevent and manage disasters.

According to him, it is important as humans to be equipped with safety skills to ensure they don't become victims of preventable accidents and incidents.

He added that the skills to be learnt by corps members is a lIfetime one as life would always bring accidents and disasters but the ability to prevent and manage them makes the difference.
