Godfrey Okoye University recently celebrated the 5th Anniversary and 2nd Graduation Ceremony of its Institute of Caregiving Education at the prestigious Justice Cordilia Chukwura Convocation Arena, located at the Thinkers Corner Campus.

The event was graced by the esteemed Vice Chancellor, Rev. Fr. He highlighted the program's accreditation by both the Senate and the Governing Council, emphasizing its critical contribution to meeting the rising demand for skilled caregivers.

Associate Prof. Blessing Udeh, Director of the Institute of Caregiving Education, took the opportunity to trace the institute's evolution from its modest beginnings to its current stature. She praised the institute's growth in curriculum development and student enrollment, attributing much of its success to strategic partnerships with entities such as the Godfrey Okoye University Teaching Hospital and various health institutions.
