Gombe State Polytechnic, Bajoga Mourns the Passing of Pioneer SLT Graduate Yaro Toshiba (Dan Inna)

The community of Gombe State Polytechnic, Bajoga (GSPB), has been thrown into mourning following the sudden passing of Yaro Toshiba, popularly known as "Dan Inna," a prominent alumnus from the institution's pioneer graduating class.

The deceased was a trailblazing graduate from the first set of the Department of Science Laboratory Technology (SLT), a foundational pillar of the polytechnic's School of Science and Technology.

News of his demise was received with profound grief by former classmates, faculty members, and the current institutional leadership, who described him as a dedicated student during his time on campus.

In line with Islamic rites, prayers have been offered for the repose of his soul: Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un (To Allah we belong and to Him we shall return). The polytechnic community, alongside friends and family, prays that Almighty Allah forgives his shortcomings, extends infinite mercy unto his soul, and grants him Jannatul Firdaus (the highest paradise).

The institution extends its deepest, heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, his former departmental colleagues, and the entire Bajoga community during this difficult time of loss.
