Governor Otti further stressed that one College of Education alone is insufficient to meet the state's requirements for adequately trained teachers. He emphasized the importance of having multiple educational institutions dedicated to teacher training to address the state's educational needs comprehensively.
"We do have a College of Education here that has been abandoned over the years. We are working very hard to retrieve it – the State College of Education in Arochukwu," Governor Otti affirmed, addressing the state's commitment to reclaiming and restoring vital educational institutions.
