Speaking at the 2023/2024 Orientation and Matriculation Programme for Fresh UTME and Direct Entry Students at the school campus in Akoka, Hamzat emphasized the importance of s triving for success while avoiding distractions and shortcuts that may hinder their academic progress.
He highlighted common pitfalls for first-year students, including excessive social media use, skipping classes, procrastination, and maintaining a negative mindset from secondary school.
Hamzat urged the students to understand the significance of preparing for today to safeguard their future aspirations and goals, emphasizing that their actions today shape their future outcomes.
