Heritage Polytechnic issues notice adjustment of summer semester exam date

The Management of the Heritage Polytechnic has issued notice on adjustment of summer semester exam date, Myschoolnews report.

Due to rising cost of transportation and other exigency in recent time, Management has approved that the Summer Semester Examinations earlier billed to commence on Monday, 2nd October, 2023 be shifted backward to Monday. 18th September, 2023.

Consequent upon this, Management directs that:

i. All academic activities for the said semester must end on Friday 15th, September, 2023.

ii. Examinations shall commence with First Semester Courses on Monday 18th till Friday, 22nd Sept, 2023 while all Second Semester courses will be administered from Monday, 25th-Friday, 29th September, 2023.

iii. Students who have spent over four years on the programme must revalidate their studentship

iv. All affected students must pay the prescribed summer fee and register all their deficient courses online while ensuring that their total credit load does not exceed thirty-five (35)

In view of the above, all affected students are advised to check examination time-tables on their departmental notice board and ensure they are available for the examinations as scheduled.
