The schedule for the balloting exercise is as follows:

- Monday, October 23, 2023: All final year students.

- Tuesday, October 24, 2023:300 level students (for 4 & 5 years programs) and 400 level students (for 

5 years programs).

- Wednesday, October 25, 2023: All 200 level students.

- Freshmen (100 level students): The date for 100 level student allocation will be announced at a later date.

- Payment Deadline: Candidates who secure a bed space must make the necessary payment within one week; otherwise, the allocation will be revoked and reassigned.

- Strict Regulations: It is strictly prohibited to sell your allocated bed space to another student or squat in another student's allocated space, whether for economic gains or any other reason. Violation of this rule is considered an offense and may result in a minimum of two semesters of rustication.
